THAT IS WHY THE COMPANY HAD TO HIRED TWO LABORATORY TECHNICIAN TO CHECK HER STUFF. FOR EVERY COMPETENT EMPLOYEE THAT LEAVES, THE COMPANY HAS TO HIRE TWO TO THREE PEOPLE TO REPLACE ONE. SHAKING MY HEAD! SHE ALSO HAS NO RESPECT AND BOUNDARIES FOR SOME OF HER FELLOW COWORKERS. MY COWORKER AND I HAD A CALENDAR, AND WE ALREADY SET ALL OF THE TASKS ON THERE. SHE WENT IN THERE AND CHANGED THE DATES WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, AND ONLY TOLD US AFTER SHE DID IT. SHE SPENT THE WHOLE DAY ORGANIZING AND COLOR CODING THE CALENDAR AND SAMPLES INSTEAD OF DOING ACTUAL WORK! HER OWN WORK! SHE WAS NOT OUR MANAGER. SHE MESS UP NOT ONLY MY SCHEDULE, BUT MY COWORKER'S TOO. IF SHE SPENT THAT TIME TO LEARN, SHE COULD HAVE TESTED HER OWN SAMPLES AND BE MORE COMPETENT.
